The requirements that apply to you will depend on the type of business you own & how many employees  you have. Please go to the website below or call them to find out for sure as there are different requirements for different sectors. 

There are also different dates to have compliance in place by depending on where you fall within the legislation. Anyone who does not comply can be subject to fines. So it is in your best interests to do some research and find out what reports you need to file and what is needed for you to comply with the Accessibility Act. 

Because the dates to have final compliance completed by are different for each sector please find out your requirements as soon as you can. Some sectors need to have compliance or a plan in place by the end of this year.
